Recognizing flavors, coffee varieties, and methods of processing – roasting – grinding.
2 Sessions:
Learning and practicing coffee preparation with manual tools.

Coffee preparation with French Press.
Coffee preparation with Syphon.
Coffee preparation with Vietnamese Phin.
1 Session:
Learning and practicing advanced milk frothing techniques, distributing milk froth in the Italian coffee menu.
3 Sessions:
Guidance and practice on advanced Latte Art techniques.
Creating a veined heart design.
Creating a leaf design.
Creating a swan design.
Correcting errors in Latte Art creation.
2 Sessions:
Review and practice of all learned content.
Conduct a final exam.

1 Session:

8 Sessions:
Instruction and practice of Latte Art designs:
